BSA programs are very dynamic and are subject to change from
time to time in order to serve our youth in the best possible ways. As a
result, BSA forms also tend to change from time to time. There have been
incidents of forms obtained from the internet being rejected at Council or
National levels because they were not the latest version and therefore did
not contain all of the required information. To avoid this situation,
BSA forms will not be directly available from this web site. You can download forms from the National Council web site at www.scouting.org/forms/. The page is a repository of the latest official versions of popular forms available to download. If you want to be sure you are using the latest version of a form, contact the Scout Shop. If you do not have at least Acrobat Reader version 4.0 (version 5.0 preferred) installed on your computer, you may have problems with some of the on-line .pdf forms. Acrobat Reader is available free at: www.adobe.com
