A generous donor has provided this rifle with a request that we give it to someone in our Council.  We will be selling chances to be entered in the drawing that will occur when we have sold the limited number of 325 tickets.  The sale of tickets will end on May 18 and we will hold the drawing at the Annual Business Meeting of the Council on May 19, 2010.

The Henry rifle has been a great supporter of Scouting and the 75th anniversary rifle is considered a collector's item in both the Boy Scout world and the rifle enthusiast world.  It is almost guaranteed that the 100th model will hold the same level of demand.  You can take a look at this beautiful anniversary item at the Henry web site at http://www.henryrepeating.com/h004bsa_scouts100.cfm.

Tickets will be available at the Scout Store and at various events through out the winter in the Miami Valley Council.  Tickets will be sold at $25 a piece.
