Scouts took donations from the Verona and Lewisburg communities, collecting more than 1,000 food items.

The charter organization for Troop/Pack 511 is Trinity Lutheran Church of Lewisburg, Ohio, where the food items have been put into a community food bank.

The boys of Pack 511 have also been involved in their annual Pinewood Derby. Troop 511 took an oceanography course at the Columbus Zoo and went on a hike at Woodland Trails.
