Pack 161 Annual Fishing Derby

Cub Scout Pack 161 of New Lebanon held their annual fishing derby on Saturday, July 27. There were 13 Cub Scouts and their families in attendance. The rain storms that came through the night before did not stop these avid fishermen from catching fish (six families even endured the storms when they camped overnight). The boys had fun fishing for Blue Gill, Sunfish, and Bass. In four hours, the Cub Scouts had caught over 150 fish! Trophies were awarded to the Cub Scout who caught the biggest fish (7 3/4"), the smallest fish (3 1/2"), and the most fish (43).
